Doubletree By Hilton Carson Hotel

Location was good, and staff was friendly.

The wing we stayed in was under obvious renovations and there was a strong smell in the room we stayed in. The smell wasn't a bad smell some that of a cleaner or fresh paint maybe but at times it was over powering. Once the renovations are finished or they use a less strongly smelling cleaner it would be a great hotel to stay at.

The hotel is nice, and has everything I need like luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. I'll never forget how the staff helped my elderly parents with such sweet attitudes. Highly recommend!

The location was marvellous, so close to a Secluded business district on the outskirts of Los Angeles, near LAX with beautiful trees, flowers, and extra parking and Carson for an one day event and the outskirts of Los Angeles and easily accessible. I had a free breakfast with beverages and yogurt, as example.

Bathroom a little ran down Torrance is better

Rooms were clean and hotel overall was nice

Our kids love the complimentary cookies. We love the friendly front desk. Easy freeway access.

After hearing news that our room reservation was mixed up (dispite the fact I requested what we needed on Booked.net) Which would have been a disaster because I was traveling with young children without their parents. I like how the staff scrambled to correct the issue.

I was traveling as a Coach with my cheer team of 8 little girls (ages 6-8) for a cheer competition. I requested and needed conjoined rooms for them. I didn't like the fact that when I went to check in. My resveration was screwed up. All the requests I had made on Booked.net regarding our rooms was not passed along to the hotel. When speaking to the manager, I was told that issue tends to happen a lot with this travel website. I was disappointed with the situation.

Easy access. Parking. Easy eas y to get to main travel paths. Felt safe.

Felt pricing was a bit high. I saw pricing for same location listed at $144 per night if I had meeded.to.stay beginning 2-22-16. Would have liked that rate much better for a 3 night stay. Same location. Same time of year.

Front desk staff could not locate my Hilton Honors number in the system.

I like the convienance of having the restaurant and dining room at the hotel, as well the ability to select rooms when checking in online

I have stayed at this location multiple times, it is close to where I work when here, the beds are not very comfortable, worn out and very stiff, as well the pillows are not very supportive and or comfortable.

Nice bar staff, but the area felt a bit unsafe at night.
